Payments
Fees are payable at the end of each appointment by cash, or EFTPOS.
Preferred Providers
We are contracted providers with most of the major health funds which make our fees more affordable and gets you the most of your cover. While some providers uses the term “health fund preferred”, we are aiming to be “your” preferred place to be.
Private Health Insurance Claims
We are online with most health funds via the HICAPS system so claims can be processed electronically on the day.
Department of Veteran’s Affairs
We accept Department of Veteran’s Affairs patients who have been issued with Gold Cards.
Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
Eligible children that need to see a dentist can do so without any out of pocket expense from this Medicare funded scheme. The CDBS commenced in Australia at the start of 2014 and assists eligible families with up to $1096 worth of selected general treatment per child over a 2 calendar year period.
South Australian Dental Service (SADS)
We welcome all eligible patients who receive approval from the South Australian Dental Service (SADS) to partake in their various dental schemes. The schemes include the General Dental Scheme (GDS), Pensioner Denture Scheme (PDS) and Emergency Dental Scheme (EDS).
AfterPay – Smile now Pay Later! Looking for a dentist with afterpay? We have teamed up with Afterpay to provide patients with a payment option that may help make your dental care more affordable.
Afterpay enables you to enjoy your dental treatment today and pay it off in four equal instalments, with a payment due every 2 weeks.
Afterpay is interest free, and provided you pay all of your instalments on time there are no additional fees.

Every time you make a purchase, we simply add it to your account. Then at the beginning of the month, ZipPay send you a summary (called a “statement”) of what you spent and what you paid in the month. You can then pay it back in full at the end of the month or pay over time from as little as $40 a month, interest free. There are two types of plans: Zip Pay, for smaller treatments up to $1000.00 and Zip Money, for larger procedures over $1000.00.
